No. You can sign up and build forms on the Free plan without entering any payment details. A card is only required when you upgrade to Pro or Business.
Forms stop accepting new responses once you reach your plan's monthly limit, and your existing responses stay accessible. Upgrading to a higher plan immediately restores collection.
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan.
